Voltes Connecta has been awarded the third lot of the Plaça de les Glòries urban project (Urban Canopy) which is an area of around 15 hectares intended for neighborhood use with a predominance of green areas.
The project includes:
– the urbanization of the Mirador de la Gran Via with the construction of a viewpoint with bleachers on the surface above the road tunnel of the Gran Via.
– the construction of an access ramp to the bicycle parking lot.
– the development of sidewalks and side roads from Calle Castillejos to Calle Cartagena and to the area bordering Island A and Island B (area 3 – lot 3).
One of the most prominent aspects during the execution of the works will be to guarantee the circulation of pedestrians and vehicles, as well as the coordination with the execution of lot 1 and 2 and the works of island A.
